Evelyn Carter
Evelyn Carter, 93 a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2023 at her home.
She was the daughter and the last surviving child, out of eight to the late Tom and Georgie Chadwick. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Albert Carter and her granddaughter, Naticia Oursler.
She is survived by her son, Harley Carter (Linda); grandchildren, Denise Carter and Bryce Carter; and great-grandchildren, Justin Oursler, Elizabeth McCoy, Madilyn Jacobs (Austin), Milana McNamara, Ewen Carter and Quinton Carter.
A Remembrance of Life Service will be held Monday, June 12, at 1 p.m. at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Ave. Chapel. The interment will follow at Gordon Memorial gardens, in Calhoun GA., with family and friends serving as casket bearers.
The family will receive friends Monday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the funeral home.
