Beginning on Monday, EPB of Chattanooga crews will close the intersection of McBrien Road (1500 block) at Ringgold Road to install two new utility poles on McBrien Road next to Stone Street.
Construction is planned to begin on Monday, and to be completed within approximately four days. Work will be completed during daylight hours. During this phase of construction, the intersection will remain closed while crews’ complete construction.
During this closure, all traffic attempting to access McBrien Road (1500 block) will be redirected to Tombras Avenue to Bennett Road, then east to McBrien Road. Detour signs and alternate route information will be placed to redirect traffic.
