Sidney June Acuff, 86, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2023.

She was born in Chattanooga to the late James and Thelma O’Kelly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lowell Acuff, daughter, Cynthia Acuff, grandson, Hunter Acuff and sister, Judy Malek.

Sidney was a member of Manchester Park Church of Christ. Prior to her being a homemaker, she worked for Moore and King for many years. Sidney loved her family and had such a giving heart, she will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her son, James (Lisa) Acuff, grandchildren, Tiffany (Emery) Ellard, Steven Michaluk, Katelyn Acuff, great-grandson, Liam Ellard, nephew, Andrew Malek and many other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 22, with Pastor Ray Williams officiating, at One Accord Community Church, 343 Sweetland Drive, Chattanooga, Tn. 37415.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made toward the Awana program at One Accord Community Church, 343 Sweetland Drive, Chattanooga, Tn. 37415.
