CHI Memorial Medical Group announces Jamie Bird, FNP-C, MSN, has joined CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates – Cleveland.  

Ms. Bird earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale.  She has more than 20 years’ experience caring for patients in hospital and primary care clinic settings.

Ms. Bird is a native of Bradley County and is a graduate of Bradley Central High School.

She joins Leslie Casteel, FNP-C, at CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - Cleveland.  

"The practice emphasizes disease prevention by focusing on treating the whole person – from childhood to adulthood - with a goal of providing comfortable, convenient and prompt care to help you get well and stay well.   They welcome new patients," officials said.

CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - Cleveland is located at 2620 Westside Dr.
