Taylor Hixson
Taylor Hixson has joined Chattanooga Room in the Inn (CRITI) as the agency’s Executive Director. Hixson has over a decade of dedicated service on nonprofit leadership teams and a passion for social impact in her career and personal endeavors.
During her tenure as Chief Development Officer at Girls Inc. of Chattanooga, Hixson successfully spearheaded initiatives to enhance the organization's financial sustainability and community involvement. In her previous position as Development Director at Humane Educational Society, she played a crucial role in advancing the organization's mission and ensuring the welfare and protection of homeless animals in the community.

Together with the incredible staff, volunteers, board, and partners, we will continue to create a safe and nurturing environment, implement innovative strategies, expand our reach, and strengthen our programs to meet the evolving needs of our community."
Outside of the office, Hixson believes in the power of community involvement and giving back. She serves on the board of directors for the Chattanooga Audubon Society, utilizing her skills to contribute to the society's conservation efforts. Additionally, Hixson serves on the advisory board of the Bath Gardens Foundation.
