Morning Pointe Foundation Annual Golf Tournament Rescheduled Due To Rain

New Date: Monday, Sept. 15

  • Sunday, May 4, 2025

Due to heavy rains, the Morning Pointe Foundation’s 10th Annual Golf Tournament has been postponed. The event will now take place on Monday, Sept. 15, at the Lookout Mountain Club. It had been originally scheduled for May 5.

This signature fundraiser helps support scholarships for students pursuing careers in nursing, physical or occupational therapy, social work, culinary arts, and other healthcare-related fields. The Morning Pointe Foundation partners with colleges and universities across the region, including Chattanooga State, TCAT Chattanooga, UTC, Cleveland State, and Dalton State.

“This tournament is more than just a great day on a beautiful green—it’s an opportunity to invest in the future of senior care,” said Miranda Perez, executive director of the Morning Pointe Foundation. “Every participant helps support a student who is working hard to make a difference.”

Last year’s tournament raised a record-breaking $82,000, and the Foundation looks forward to surpassing that success this fall.

Presenting Hole-in-One Sponsors include First Horizon and Greystone. Additional support comes from UBS–The Union Square Group, Builtwell Bank, ETSB General Contractors, Propel Insurance, Hearth Hospice, HHM CPAs, Gordon Food Service, Miller & Martin PLLC, and Supreme Restaurant Equipment.
