Joseph Raymond "Joe" Faulkner, 89, owner of Faulkner Sign Company, passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2024.

Joe was a graduate of the old Central High School. He served in the Air Force where he was in the military band. Joe was an avid golfer, musician, and artist. He loved to draw pictures of dogs.

Joe was preceded in death by parents Raymond and Eleanor Gordy Faulkner, son Joseph Raymond (Butch) Faulkner and brother Jimmy Faulkner.

He is survived by wife of 40 years, Doris Leamon Faulkner, daughter, Kathy (Gary) Jackson, son, Terry (Dawn) Faulkner, daughter-in-law, Patty Faulkner, step-son, Mark (Ginger) Duggan, and step-daughter, Radonna (Edward) Parrish, eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, and brothers, Gene Faulkner and John (Judy) Faulkner.

Graveside and entombment services, with military honors, will be on Monday, Nov. 4, at 10 a.m. at Chattanooga National Cemetery. Service will be conducted by grandson, Pastor Jacob Ward.
