In this episode, he shares what it’s really like to win at the Olympics, how he got started canoeing at the age of eight years old, and why he moved to La Seu d’Urgell, Spain.

He also talked about the idea of living well so you can compete well, why he believes in process over results, and how he must learn every single day in order to survive and thrive.
