  • Tuesday, November 12, 2024

Avail Enclosure Systems will expand its presence in Southeast Tennessee by expanding manufacturing operations at its Chattanooga facility, officials said Tuesday.

The firm will create 82 new jobs and invest more than $10 million through the move, which will help the company meet its growing customer demand for modular e-houses.

Since 2020, TNECD has supported more than 40 economic development projects in Southeast Tennessee, resulting in approximately 5,700 job commitments and more than $2.6 billion in capital investments.

Governor Bill Lee said, “The state with the workers will be the state that wins the future, and today’s announcement will create greater opportunity for our highly skilled workforce in Hamilton County. I thank Avail Enclosure Systems for investing in Tennessee, and I look forward to seeing the company’s continued success.”

“We consider it an honor to have been part of the Chattanooga community for the past several years. Our success here, along with the reputation and expertise of our talented team, make this financial investment possible, and it reinforces our commitment to manufacturing top-tier products that unlock new opportunities as we continue to grow,” said Jeremy Hoffman, chief operating officer and president, Avail Electrical Products Group
