In 2020, Trump lost New Jersey by 16 points, four years later he lost by only 5. In 2020, in California Trump lost by 29 points, in 2024 he lost by 17. In New York he lost by 23 points in 2020, but just 12 this year. In 2020 in Illinois he lost by 17 points and only eight in 2024 (Chris Cillizza 11/7/24). Trump actually gained in every state but Utah and DC. Democrats, do you see a pattern?
A Harris Poll in April indicated more than half of Americans favored the deportation of illegals (Axios /25/24). As that was a part of Trump’s message it’s clear voters approved it Tuesday.
I cited vote patterns from those particular states as it was their Democrat governors issuing stark warnings to a future Trump administration presumably over his plan to deport illegal migrants. Billionaire Governor J.B. Pritzker of Illinois arrogantly said, “You come for my people, you come through me” (Politico 11/7/24). Is he referring to illegal migrants as “his people?” What does he mean by “come through me?”
Apparently Pritzker forgot his oath to protect the citizens of Illinois, particularly Chicago as it appears he doesn’t believe they deserve the same level of protection as do illegals. This year 499 homicides have occurred in the city of Chicago alone (Chicago Tribune 11/4/24).
Should Pritzker be taken seriously as that sounds like insurrection? Or should his buffoonish antics become a new cartoon character, J.B. Huff n’ Puff?
