The St. Andrew’s-Sewanee School Girls’ Middle School basketball team was defeated by Monteagle , 26-17, in their final game of the regular season.
High scorer for the Mountain Lions was Savannah Blosser with 8 and Aubrey Blosser with 6 points. Rosa Thompson had 2 and Maggie Mayo 1.
SAS Coach Paige Lowe said, “We have improved monumentally this past season. I am very proud of the work the girls put in.”
The team’s next game will be in the Conference tournament at Grundy County High School on Thursday (today) at 7 p.m.
