An ordinance to amend Chattanooga City Code, Part II, Chapter 38, Zoning Ordinance, so as to rezone property located at 1400 North Chamberlain Avenue, from R-1 Residential Zone to R-3 Residential Zone, subject to certain conditions. (District 9) (Recommended for approval by Planning Commission and denial by Staff) (Deferred from 02-13-2024) (Planning Version #2)

A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Subrecipient Agreement with Erlanger Community Health Centers to support the goals of the City of Chattanooga’s Care Coalition to address health disparities in Chattanooga through work in health literacy, health data, and continued COVID-19 response, for an amount not to exceed $150,000.00.

c. A resolution authorizing the Family Justice Center to apply for, and if awarded, accept a continuation grant from the Tennessee Office of Criminal Justice for services provided to victims living within Hamilton County, for an amount not to exceed $124,000.00.

d. A resolution authorizing the Family Justice Center to apply for, and if awarded, accept a National Association of VOCA Assistance Administrators (NAVAA) grant to support awareness activities for the National Crime Victims’ Rights Awareness Week (NCVRW), for an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
                            
PARKS & OUTDOORS

e. A resolution authorizing the waiver of park rental fees for River City Company in support of Loop for the Chattanooga Green for the dates of March 12, 2024, through April 15, 2024, in the amount of $33,500.00, a deposit in the amount of $10,000.00 will be held by the City of Chattanooga for the entirety of this rental period to cover any potential damages incurred by the installation.

f. A resolution authorizing the Administrator for the Department of Public Works to award Contract No. R-23-004-201, Batters Place Pickleball Court Canopies, to Integrated Properties, LLC, of Chattanooga, TN, in the amount of $78,138.00, with a contingency in the amount of $2,000.00, for a total amount of $80,138.00.
