Lookouts Join Library Family Pass Program

  • Saturday, April 6, 2024

The Chattanooga Lookouts and the Chattanooga Public Library announce new family passes for all home games throughout the 2024 season. Anyone with a valid CPL card can check out a pass from the Downtown Library location that is redeemable for up to two adult tickets and two child tickets.

The Lookouts begin their 138-game Southern League schedule Friday, April 5 in Alabama, playing against the Birmingham Barons. Their first homestand of the year is a six-game series against the Tennessee Smokies that starts Tuesday, April 9 at AT&T Field. CPL Family Passes for the first set of home games are now available to checkout from the Downtown Library at 1001 Broad Street.

“We are excited to partner with the Chattanooga Public Library throughout our 2024 season,” said Lookouts Director of Marketing Alex Tainsh. “Chattanooga is lucky to have a great public library system that offers incredible resources to our community, and we are thrilled to work together to make it even easier for families to come out and experience Lookouts baseball.”

Family passes can be redeemed at the AT&T Field ticket office starting one hour and 15 minutes before each game. Passes will be given out no more than two weeks prior to the event date, and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally, the Lookouts will host Chattanooga Library Day on Sunday, Aug. 18, and anyone with a CPL library card can show their card at the ticket office for a free general admission ticket to that day’s game. Chattanooga Mayor Tim Kelly is also scheduled to throw the first pitch.

“I think most folks will agree, it doesn’t get more American than baseball,” said Library Executive Director Will O’Hearn. “By joining our Family Pass program, the Lookouts have ensured that families throughout Chattanooga can experience the joy and excitement of a game for free. It’s another great reason to love our home team.”

CPL also offers family passes to the Chattanooga Zoo, Creative Discovery Museum, Hunter Museum of American Art, Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center and the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera at all locations, as well as passes to Chattanooga Audubon Society available at the downtown location only.

The Lookout’s full 2024 Schedule and promotions can be found on Lookouts.com, and more information about CPL locations, events, hours and more can be found at chattlibrary.org.
