Here are the upcoming street closures:
Supercar Community Car Show
Walnut Street between E Aquarium Way and the Walnut Plaza will be closed Wednesday, May 15th at 5 PM until Friday, May 17th for the Supercar Community Car Show. Valet services for the Edwin Hotel will be moved to the parking spaces on Walnut Street southbound between E Aquarium Way and E 3rd Street.
Police Memorial Ceremony
The following roads will be closed to street parking and through traffic on Friday, May 17th from 8:30 AM until 11:30 AM for the annual Police Memorial Ceremony:
Market Street between E 7th Street and E 5th Street
E 6th Street between Broad Street and Cherry Street
Detours will be posted.
IRONMAN 70.3 Chattanooga Riverfront Closure
Riverside Drive/Riverfront Parkway between Aquarium Way and Molly Lane, Chestnut Street between Aquarium Way and Riverfront Parkway, Power Alley from the parking lot to Riverfront Parkway, and the southbound Veterans Bridge ramp to Riverside Drive will close Wednesday, May 15th at 9 AM for the IRONMAN 70.3 setup and will reopen Monday, May 20th at 5 AM. Expected traffic impact from both the set-up closure and race day closures can be found here.
Another traffic impact reminder for race day will be sent on Friday, May 17th.
