Customers Rate EPB Among The Best In The Nation In Surveys By J.D. Power And Consumer Reports

  • Friday, July 26, 2024
In J.D. Power’s newly launched U.S. Utility Brand Appeal Index Study, customers gave EPB the highest scores in the nation among residential electric utilities and will receive the designation #1 in the South.

Local customers ratings placed EPB first in all the factors considered in the study, including Customer Trust, Company Reputation and Marketing Execution.

This ranking is separate from J.D. Power’s Electric Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study, which has ranked EPB Best in the South for the last eight consecutive years.

Additionally, Consumer Reports named EPB the #2 Internet Provider in the country with five out of five ratings for Value, Reliability, Speed and Technical Support.

“We're honored our customers continue to give EPB their vote of confidence in these new national rankings,” said EPB CEO David Wade, “J.D.
Power and Consumer Reports are well-respected organizations that depend on customer surveys, and we’re honored our customers’ feedback reflects the reputation for trustworthiness and dependable service our employees work so hard to provide for both our electric and fiber optic services.”
