Barbara "Bobbie" Curry Bennett
The family of Barbara "Bobbie" Curry Bennett, of Chattanooga is saddened to announce her passing on July 3, 2024, at the age of 85.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her husband, Rolan, her parents T.S. and Donna Curry, her sister Patricia Taylor, and brother, Thomas W. Curry. She is survived by her daughters Shanna L. Smith and Alicia D. Bennett, grandchildren Alexander Papadakis, Emily Smith, and Zachary Bennett, great-grandchildren Mia Papadakis and Leona Papadakis, and siblings Donna Hailey and Michael Curry.
Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Hamilton County Humane Educational Society, the American Cancer Society or the Chattanooga Nature Center.
