The Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Sandler Training, will host "Lead from The Front," a leadership seminar that will focus on work-life balance and active listening, on Wednesday, Oct. 2 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
"Wade Rowan, multi-year platinum award winning Sandler trainer, will lead the interactive discussion that will challenge and strengthen your leadership abilities," organizers said. "His experience in corporate training will be a benefit to you and help you become a better leader within both your professional and personal life."
About the seminar:
Work Life Balance traditionally refers to the division between work responsibilities and personal life.
The goal is to create a clear separation where work does not interfere with personal time and vice versa. Balance implies an equal distribution of time and energy between work and personal activities, often visualized as a scale that needs to be evenly weighted. Work-Life Blend focuses on integrating work and personal life harmoniously, allowing for more fluid transitions between the two. The idea is to blend both aspects in a way that they support and enrich each other. Blend emphasizes flexibility and adaptability, recognizing that work and personal activities can coexist and intermingle throughout the day.
