A business leader, media personality, and community advocate, Ms. Christian-Lowe brings experience and a passion for education and workforce development to this role, it was stated.

Principal Christopher L. James expressed his enthusiasm for her appointment, saying, “At Harrison Bay Future Ready Center, we are committed to providing students with transformational learning experiences rooted in our I4C values: Innovative Thinking, Curiosity, Collaboration, Career Readiness, Continuous Refinement and Reflection. Donna’s exceptional career experience, leadership skills, and deep connection to our community make her the perfect choice to lead our Advisory Board. As Chattanooga’s own ‘Queen Connector,’ we know she will help us flourish and achieve our mission.”

A Chattanooga native, Ms. Christian-Lowe has strong ties to the Harrison and Ooltewah communities, where she has lived for over 20 years in District 9. Additionally, she has served as vice president of Diversity and Inclusion for the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce – Ooltewah Council.

Professionally, Ms. Christian-Lowe is the chief operations officer and vice president of Human Resources for MSi Professional Services Group, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience to her new role. She is also a media personality with Eagle Radio 106.1 and 107.5, earning recognition as Chattanooga’s Best of the Best of the Best Favorite Radio Personality in 2023 and 2024, Best Chattanoogan in 2023 and 2024, and recipient of The WDEF TV 12 Viewers’ Choice Award for "Favorite Chattanoogan" in 2023 and 2024.

In addition to her professional and community leadership, Ms. Christian-Lowe serves as board chairman for the Tennessee Youth Court and was recently selected to emcee the 2024 CASA New Year’s Eve Party, benefiting CASA of Bradley and Polk Counties, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children who are victims of abuse and neglect. Under her leadership, the event successfully raised $53,000 for the organization.

Looking ahead, Ms. Christian-Lowe said she is eager to use her new role to enhance student opportunities at Harrison Bay Future Ready Center. She said, “Bringing programs like the MSi Prep World of Work Program, multimedia initiatives, and helping raise the funds needed to expand programming is a huge opportunity I’m excited to undertake. This school is doing something exceptional, and I look forward to working with Principal James, the incredible teachers and staff, HCDE district leaders, and community members to support the success of our students.”
