An irony here, if the president were Harris and judges struck down her executive orders, and she blasted them in her harsh way, the cry about Law and Order would be, well, Loud. Constitutional Law is what judges are versed in, not politics, and the Supreme Court in a nine to zero opinion upheld an Appeals Court ruling that some say came from activist judges.
And Chief Justice Roberts made public comment several weeks ago, a rare outburst if you will, that chided one guy’s ranting about judicial decisions. It goes in politics you win some, you lose some, the onslaught of wrong, heavy handed and unlawful processes by the executive are a bridge too far in this Republic.
Senators and House members are elected to represent their constituents in all this. What is obvious is they behave more like minions to the president rather than the winners for their states and districts of the past elections.
What is seen here is honesty and truth have no place in current leadership and laws are something best clubbed on the opposition. So much for fairly priced eggs, groceries, health care and prescription drugs, there’s more important tasks at hand, like striking fear into all people who don’t look like me and ruining a coherent world economy. Not to mention the deficit, that word was well used prior to November, it took a nap no matter how the Bond Market stayed awake.

There is no irony on the judge bashing. The lawfare that is coming from the mostly Obama appointed judges who are blocking everything Trump is trying to do is not constitutional.
For what it’s worth there was a lot of loud outcry during Biden’s disastrous administration from many people, but the RINO’s and the Democrats in Congress and other positions of power refused to do anything about it.
Hypocrisy is what it is saying that this would be any different if Harris had won. The notion that the courts aren’t political is laughable unfortunately.
The Chief Justice Roberts nominated the Trump hater James Boasberg to the FISA Courts and he and John Roberts along with other leftist judges Beryl Howell, justice Katanji Brown Jackson and Amit Mehta all belong to an elite invite only law club called the America Inns of Court. Justice Roberts is compromised in my opinion with these leftist (friends) and his verbal statements a few days ago regarding Trump's bashing of these out of line judges show just how political he is and is a reflection of his changed political ideology. You can’t pal around with leftist partisans and his association with these overreaching judges is disturbing.
There is no unelected district federal judge that has the power to override the elected president of the United States. His or her authority applies only to the district in which they serve and does not have the power to override the president’s power of the Executive Branch.
It is reported that the Congress is presently working on legislation that will rein in these partisan judges and eliminate the interference that is being imposed on all things Trump.
President Trump was overwhelming elected with the mandate to do exactly what he is trying to accomplish. His mission will succeed regardless of Democrat obstruction and diversion.
I find it appalling that the Democrats will advocate for illegal criminals to be allowed to roam our streets and continue to wreak havoc on society rather than be deported and jailed as these heinous criminals should be.
As far as honesty and truth in the current leadership, one must have had a lapse of memory from the last four years. Absolutely nothing was honest and open with Biden’s administration and the media bias that covered for his ineptitude on a daily basis. Lies, all lies, from everything from his cognitive abilities to the now known truths that are coming out about the corruption of his government agencies.
Just yesterday as an example are the over three million illegals that DOGE recently discovered who were given SSN’s and are now drawing Medicaid and other benefits. There is so much corruption that I’d be here for hours trying to list all of the dishonesty that occurred under the Democrats and Joe Biden.
The first Trump presidency was great for me economically. I made up all the losses (40 percent) that I had incurred under Obama. While Wall Street adjusts to the tariffs, things will be up and down. I’m riding it out and I’d actually be glad to find stuff “Made in America” again even if it’s a little bit higher priced. Biden’s economy was devastating and Trump will fix it.
The TDS and MDS is severe in this country. Lunatics burning Teslas and destroying businesses and having “Resistance Rally’s” for the notion that someone is trying to take away their rights by fixing a broken system.
The poorly informed minions, or “sheeple” as I call them, need to get a real news source and see what is actually happening rather than listen to the likes of the main stream media networks who for years have lied and covered up important news. Hunter's laptop for another example.
Even ole Chuck Todd and James Carville are finally admitting the nonsense he covered up about the last Democrat administration. Even Bill Maher has a somewhat different opinion of Trump after his sit down with him.
