UTC Faculty Honored
The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga celebrated the achievements of its faculty at a recognition ceremony held Tuesday, April 22, in the Wolford Family Athletic Center. The event honored faculty members for their excellence in scholarship and teaching, with awards presented by the Faculty Awards Committee of the Faculty Senate.
The annual celebration spotlighted the significant impact UTC faculty have on student learning, research and the broader community.
“At UTC, we are fortunate to have faculty whose commitment to excellence is evident in every classroom, lab and community partnership,” said Provost and Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Jerold L.
Hale. “These awards are a reflection of the extraordinary dedication our faculty bring to their teaching, research and service—and I’m proud to recognize the people who make UTC such a dynamic academic environment.
