The Chattanooga Division of Transportation announces an emergency road closure due to a water main break at 1805 S. Lyerly St.
The 1800 block of S. Lyerly Street is currently closed due to the broken water main.
Tennessee American Water crews are on-site and working to isolate the break by closing nearby valves.
Repairs are anticipated to extend into the evening, and potentially into Thursday morning.
