Rick Holcomb
Starlan Richard “Ricky” Holcomb, III, 59, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025.
He was born May 15, 1966, in Chattanooga. He was preceded in death by his parents, Starlan Richard Holcomb, Jr. and Nona Ruth (Brotherton) Holcomb.
Ricky was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga, graduating from East Ridge High School in 1984. He was an employee of United Parcel Service for many years. He loved to watch UT football and any day fishing was a great day.
Ricky is survived by his sister, Lora (James) Finley and two nephews, Morgan and Ethan Finley.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 31, at Forest Hills Cemetery, Chattanooga.
The family will receive friends from 4–8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 30, at Heritage Funeral Home, East Brainerd Chapel.
