In the 9000 block of Old Lee Highway, officers encountered an intoxicated individual who was taken into custody for public intoxication.
In the 5100 block of High Street, an individual involved in a previous day’s crash called for more details. After a brief conversation, it was determined that they already had all the necessary information.
At the intersection of Tallant Road and Edgmon Road, a report of wires down was investigated. Tri-Com found all wires secure and no hazard present.
In the 6000 block of Tallant Road, officers responded to a disorder between a resident and their parents. The situation was mediated, and all parties agreed to calm down and remain in the home together.
In the 5100 block of Ooltewah-Ringgold Road, officers conducted a welfare check after concerns were raised about a resident’s well-being. Everything checked out okay.
In the 5500 block of Little Debbie Parkway, an individual was cited for skip-scanning food items totaling $129.88 from a store.
During the night shift, in the 5100 block of Ooltewah-Ringgold Road, officers took a report of damage found to a vehicle parked in a lot.
In the 9200 block of Birchwood Pike, officers assisted another agency with a search of three individuals after drug paraphernalia was found in a vehicle. Nothing was located on their persons.
In the 5900 block of Main Street, an unknown 911 call was received. Contact was made by text, and the party confirmed there was no emergency.
In the 4900 block of Swinyar Drive, a resident reported overhearing neighbors insulting them and possibly accessing their cellphone.
In the 10800 block of Lee Highway, a traffic stop for speeding resulted in a misdemeanor citation for driving on a suspended license.
In the 4800 block of McDonald Road, officers removed a large tree branch blocking one lane of travel.
