In an era of mounting federal debt and widespread inefficiencies in government spending, it’s time to rethink how the United States funds major public projects. Sikkema Leads Lookouts Over Biscuits

The Chattanooga Lookouts received their second straight strong pitching performance on Thursday night with left hander T.J. Sikkema throwing six shutout innings and leading the Lookouts to a 2-1 victory over the Montgomery Biscuits. Sikkema allowed four hits with six strikeouts and moved to 2-0 on the season.
