Sikkema Leads Lookouts Over Biscuits

The Chattanooga Lookouts received their second straight strong pitching performance on Thursday night with left hander T.J. Sikkema throwing six shutout innings and leading the Lookouts to a 2-1 victory over the Montgomery Biscuits.

Sikkema allowed four hits with six strikeouts and moved to 2-0 on the season. At the plate the Lookouts were paced by shortstop Edwin Arroyo and catcher Michael Trautwein who had two hits apiece.

With the win the Lookouts moved to 12-11 and second place in the division, tied with Montgomery who they will face off with again Friday night.
