It appears from things Trump has said that we are going to assist Israel with the war in Iran. This country is obsessed with war. No one fired the first shot but Israel. My thinking is that we should let Israel fight its own wars and the US stand aside.
Obsessed with war - since the founding of this country we have had only 17 years of peace, according to several articles with a date of 2019.
I have been in war, wars are not fun and games. Yes, I have been shot at but luckily not hit. I was in the jungles about 250 to 300 miles up the Mekong and was never issued a gun of any sort. No one believes that, but that was the way it was. My younger brother was in another place, he had a weapon, but was shelled every night. Neither of us were physically wounded, but both of us came home with PTSD and all of the wonderful things that Agent Orange exposure causes which are diabetes, peripheral neuropathy and ischemic heart disease.
My younger brother died from his problems, I have not yet died.
