Newly-Merged Smart Hire/Southern Temp Has Grand Opening

Two local employment agencies, Smart Hire and Southern Temp, have recently merged and are celebrating their grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, December 4 at 5:30 p.m.

Smart Hire/Southern Temp is located in 2,500 square feet of office space at 701 Cherokee Blvd., Suite A.

Smart Hire/Southern Temp is a full-service human resource company that provides staffing, professional placement, pre-employment testing, and human resources and consulting services.

Owner Kary Klein said, "While employers are able to obtain these services through a variety of other companies, Smart Hire/Southern Temp is Chattanooga's first full-service human resource solution provider."

The agency's staffing services provide employees for call centers, clerical, accounting, and light industrial work. Sales, information technology and management are focal points for professional placement.

Smart Hire/Southern Temp is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
