Trinity Hospice, Inc., the sixth largest hospice care provider in the Unites States, announced today it has purchased Hospice of Tennessee from Home Care Solutions, Inc.

“We are pleased to welcome Hospice of Tennessee into the Trinity Hospice Network and to enter the Tennessee hospice market,” said Charlie Gwirtsman, Managing Director of KRG Capital Partners, a buyout firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado and Trinity’s largest shareholder. “Together with management, we believe that the Tennessee hospice market represents an ideal opportunity for organic growth.”

With the addition of Hospice of Tennessee, Trinity now has a solid footing in Tennessee, a state with enormous growth potential.”
