Nancy Gray has been awarded the ABR designation by the national organization.
Chattanooga, Tennessee – Affiliate broker Nancy Gray of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been named an accredited buyer representative (ABR) by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
This distinction is signified by the ABR designation, the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation. Displaying her ABR designation demonstrates to clients that Ms. Gray has taken additional steps to continue her education in the field of buyer representation, and has the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.
Among Crye-Leike’s 2,800 sales force, Gray is among a select few who have achieved this designation. There are over 250 Crye-Leike sales associates who hold the ABR designation out of over 1,700 active ABR members in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi where Crye-Leike has a market presence. Currently, there are more than 30,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation.
The requirements for this coveted ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.
A resident of Hixson, Ms. Gray has 25 years of sales experience and is licensed in Tennessee and Georgia. She is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Hixson branch office, located at 5870 Highway 153 in Hixson, and serves buyers and sellers in and around the surrounding counties of Hamilton County.
In addition to her full time career in real estate, she is an active volunteer with The Ronald McDonald House and Hospice of Chattanooga. She and her husband, Roger, attend Calvary Baptist Church in Red Bank.
