Vision Hospitality Group began construction on a 150-key Hilton dual-brand property in Lookout Valley, Chattanooga. The property plans to open in the fall of 2026.

Officials said, "The project combines all-suite and select-service models to serve both extended-stay and transient guests. The 150-room hotel, with direct access to Interstate 24, is near downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain and will be part of a planned 10-acre mixed-use development by Vision."

“This dual-branded property represents our continued commitment to development in markets we know,” said Founder and CEO Mitch Patel.
“We’re proud to contribute to the growth of the Lookout Valley community.”

The hotel will include an outdoor aquatic area with a freeform pool, in-water sun shelf, water features and slide. The space will also include a poolside bar, lounge seating, grilling stations and fire pits. Inside, there will be a lobby bar with a gaming area and a fitness center.
