James, Oscar Aaron

Oscar Aaron James, 69, of Bakewell, TN, died on Wednesday, August 18, 2004 in a Soddy-Daisy health care facility.

He was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard, and he worked for North West Airlines for eighteen years. Mr. James was also a member of the Dayton Masonic Lodge #512 F&AM and the Alhambra Shrine.

He is survived by his wife, Ann Welch James; brother, Bill James, Dayton, OH; sisters, Louise Dickerson, Dayton, TN, Reba James, Las Vegas, NV, and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, in the chapel of Williamson and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Runyon officiating.

Interment will follow in Coleman Cemetery.

Visitation is from 6-9 p.m. Friday.
