A reception-celebration was held for 40 Erlanger nurses who completed the Erlanger Clinical Ladder program held from January 2004 to April 2005.
The program is designed to provide advancement and financial opportunities for those RNs and LPNs who desire to stay in clinical practice and to expand their professional roles.
Criteria for participation involves education, professional membership and certifications in certain areas, as well as compliance to conduct and dress codes and an exemplary attendance and behavioral record.
