Shumacker Witt Gaither & Whitaker, P.C. have added Christopher Douglas David and Grace S. Yang to the firm.

Mr. David is a graduate of the University of Georgia (B.A., Political Science, 2002, J.D. 2005) where he graduated cum laude and served as the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law.

Mr. David’s practice focuses primarily on intellectual property counseling and litigation, as well as general litigation in state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee and Georgia. His office is located at 736 Market St. in the SunTrust Bank Building.

Ms. Yang is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (B.S., magna cum laude, 2000) and the University of California Hastings College of the Law (J.D. 2005), where she was the recipient of Judge Robert H. Schnacke Scholarship and the Witkin Award of Academic Excellence.

Ms. Yang’s practice focuses primarily on real estate law and business organizations and transactions. She is admitted to practice in Tennessee and Georgia. Her office is located at CBL Center, 2030 Hamilton Place Blvd.
