Dana Penland has joined Crye-Leike, Realtors as an Affiliate Broker based out of the Ooltewah - New Home Division Office located as 8121 Ooltewah-Georgetown Road.

“It’s exciting to be joining the great team of associates in the New Home Division,” said Ms. Penland. “While many regions of the country are experiencing a real slow down in new home construction, this area is growing rapidly and presents a tremendous opportunity for people looking to Ooltewah and the surrounding area as a place to call home.”

Ms. Penland is a licensed associate in Tennessee and Georgia working with buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton, Walker and Catoosa counties and the North Georgia region. She specializes primarily in residential real estate with a focus on new home construction. Ms. Penland is a member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Ms. Penland lives in Ringgold with her husband Trae and son Daulton, 12, and daughter Traevin, 6. When she’s not busy assisting her clients she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping and golfing. Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Realtors, Ms. Penland was employed for eight years by the Penland Guttering Company.
