The Arizona Fall League (AFL) features many of the top prospects from each Major League Team.
The AFL now boasts 140 former players who have earned roster spots in MLB's All-Star Game since the AFL's inaugural season in 1992.
The Braves farm hands who will be representing Atlanta in the 2009 Arizona Fall League have been announced and all but one member (Mike Minor) of the list is currently on the Mississippi Braves roster.
The M-Braves play the Lookouts at AT&T Field Tuesday night, and again at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
Jason Heyward, OF: The 20-year old will be named USA Today's Minor League Player of the Year and is considered baseball's top prospect by Baseball America.
Freddie Freeman, 1B: He was put on the disabled list Monday with an injured wrist by could be ready for the AFL. Freeman turns 20 in early September.
Brandon Hicks, SS: The once-promising shortstop prospect can field but has struggled at the plate with too many strikeouts and a lack of power.
Mike Minor, LHSP: The Braves top pick in the 2009 draft. The former Vanderbilt hurler is pitching for the Rome Braves (Low-A).
Craig Kimbrel, RHRP: The Braves top relief prosepct took the loss in Sunday's game when Chattanooga beat Mississippi, 2-1.
Jeff Lyman, RHRP: A real under-the-radar guy who is having a solid year after converting from a starter to a reliever.
Lee Hyde, LHRP: This 2006 4th-rounder is bouncing back from surgery last season. He was recently promoted to Double-A from Myrtle Beach (Hi-A)
