Sheila Lyle
Sheila Calantha Lyle died on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at her home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Lyle Jr.; mother, Willie Frances Freeman and son, Tony Lyle.
Survivors include her children, Andrew Lyle III, Jerome Lyle, Terri Gilbert and Angela Sharp; father, Houston Harris; siblings, Sherry Gillespie, Sharlette (Linell) Finley, Sharlene (James) Robinson, Dan (Gwen) Harris and Ralph (Paulette) Harris; life-long companion, Jesse Winfield; grandchildren, Russell Jr., Tyran, Sky, Gabrielle, Whitney Gilbert, Markus, Tiera, Meshia, Ariel, David, Jr., Ronald, Andrew IV, Aydain, Ashley, Tekerra; many great-grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 27, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home. Interment will be in Highland Cemetery.
The body will lie in state after noon on Tuesday, Jan. 26, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 622-9995.
