Sarah Beth Schenck, of Red Bank, passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2012. 

Sarah was born July 26, 1947, to Ray and Mildred Lawson. She graduated from South Pittsburg High School in 1965 and graduated from McKenzie Business College. She worked 44 years at Chattanooga City Hall and retired in 2010 as assistant treasurer.

Sarah is survived by her husband, Barry Schenck; parents, Ray and Mildred Lawson; sisters, Linda Triplett and Jackie Drabbant.  She was also a sister to Donna Lawson.  She will be remembered fondly by her mother-in-law, Mary Schenck; sister-in-law, Carol Wagner; and nephew, Paul Triplett; as well as nieces, Laura and Ava Wagner; and brother-in-law, Robert Wagner.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 31, in Chattanooga Memorial Park with Reverend Jeff Lambert officiating. There will be no visitation.
