Here are the upcoming events at the Tivoli Theatre and Memorial Auditorium for January and February. 

CSO Masterworks: Concierto de Aranjuez

Saturday, Jan. 12, 8 p.m.
Pablo Sáinz Villegas, called “the soul of Spanish guitar,” is featured on Rodrigo’s Concierto de Aranjuez, described by the composer as “the fragrance of magnolias, the singing of birds, and the gushing of fountains in the gardens of Aranjuez.” Rounding out the program is Rossini’s overture to the opera The Barber of Seville and Sibelius’ first Symphony.

Back by Popular Demand performing Fleetwood Mac's Rumours.  This network of top-notch musicians reproduce classic albums in a live environment, spending an enormous amount of time, energy and resources to perform the album in its entirety--note for note, sound for sound--with first-rate lighting and video production. A Tribute to Lewis Grizzard – In His Own Words

Actor Bill Oberst's portrayal of Lewis Grizzard is authorized by the late writer's family, and is the closest thing to seeing this great southern humorist on stage again since Grizzard's death at age 47. CSO Masterworks: Variations

Pianist Qing Jiang joins the CSO for a performance of Rachmaninoff's beautiful Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini. This concert opens with Mozartiana, Tchaikovsky's tribute to Mozart. Elgar's Enigma Variations, a piece where the composer imagined how 14 of his friends (and a dog) would play a melody caps off the concert!
