Man Rescued After Being Trapped Under Ice Truck In Soddy Daisy

A man was trapped under a truck that was full of ice in Soddy Daisy, Saturday afternoon. He was working on the drive shaft, when the truck rolled forward trapping him, face down. The end of the truck was reportedly on his back.

Life Force was called, and the Soddy Daisy Volunteer Fire Department used airbags to lift the truck off the man. Hamilton County EMS transported him to where Life Force had landed, and he was flown to Erlanger.
