Austin "Jody" Cline
Austin Conway "Jody" Cline, Jr., lifelong resident of Chattanooga, died on Friday, April 25, 2014.
A veteran of the U.S. Navy and a former long distance trucker, he was noted for his wide smile, sense of humor, and positive attitude, no matter what the circumstances and most importantly his love of God, his country and his family.
He is survived by his wife, Margo Cline; daughters, Mary McCloud, Kaitlyn Ceraolo, Brenda Tinker and Stephanie (Ronnie) Cramer; sons, William R. (Dorothy) Cline and Jason (Shanna) Ceraolo; sister, Lynda (John) Ewton and Patsy (Greg) Goodman; brother, Stanley (Deidre) Cline; granddaughters, Rhonda (Rick) Dishman , Heather (Kelly) Knowles, Tori Pierce, Savanajo. Davis and Laney Ceraolo; grandsons, William R. (Kim) Cline, Jr., Jason Ceraolo, Jr. and Travis Cramer; and six great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 4-9 p.m. on Monday, April 28, and 4-9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29, at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace.
Funeral services will be at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, at Lane Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery with full military honors.
