Randy Durham, realtor, CRS, ePro, CDPE, leader of the Randy Durham Team of Keller Williams Realty in Chattanooga, was elected 2015 president-elect for the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) at the statewide association’s annual fall convention in Chattanooga.

A 20-year realty veteran, Mr. Durham is a past recipient of the George Kangles Community Citizenship Award and the Realtor of the Year award from the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors.

In addition, he serves as coordinating committee member for Thrive 2055.

            As president-elect of the statewide association, Mr. Durham said he is committed to “working to carry out TAR’s vision” by being dedicated to all of its members’ success.

“I have a true passion for real estate,” Mr. Durham said. “I have always enjoyed working with clients to advise and assist in making decisions about one of the most important decision in their life: home ownership.”

Mr. Durham credits George Kangles for inspiring him to “step up and become a leader in our local realtor association. He was a great mentor who truly cared about fellow members and taught me the importance of becoming involved as a realtor leader in the greater community.”

A native Chattanoogan, Mr. Durham is the father of two grown children: son Jason and daughter Amanda. He enjoys boating and spending time on Chickamauga Lake.
