Signature Brokers will present Cove at Kinsey, a new residential community in East Brainerd at the end of Kinsey Drive with 11 modern craftsman style homes from the $190’s. Built by Allen Headrick of Headrick Construction, the homes will have open floorplans and feature hardy plank, stone, and brick exteriors.
Zoned for East Hamilton schools, the interiors will have granite countertops, crown molding and shaker style cabinetry.
A groundbreaking ceremony will be held on Thursday, Oct. 29 at 9 a.m.. Coffee and pastries will be provided.
Signature Brokers, Headrick Construction, and the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce will coordinate this event.
