Clyde Franklin Parker, 68, of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, December 14, 2018, at his residence.

He graduated from Riverside High School Class of 1968.  He was a member of the NAACP.  In 2015 Clyde retired from Lectrus Corporation as an electrician.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Vander Parker and Eula Bell Germany; parents, Clyde Franklin, Sr. and Pearl Parker; brother, Bobbie Franklin; daughters, Starza Parker and Katrina Daniels; grandson, Marquise Jackson, Sr.

Survivors include his sons, Clyde (Brandy) Parker, Corey Anderson, Christopher Russle, Cardarius Gates; daughters, Leatrice (Carlos) Mosley, Tara Harris, Cheryl (Jason) Pulliam, Tameka Ford, and Makesha (Detrick) Watkins; 27 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; sister, Patricia Parker; nephew, Christopher (Michelle) Parker; nieces, April Sullivan and Angela (Gary) Mynatt; a host of other relatives and friends. 

He will lie in state on Saturday, Dec. 22, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at noon in the chapel with Pastor Ronald B. Cook, Sr. as the eulogist. Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery.
