Loved Spending Time With Her Grandchildren And Great-Grandchildren

Joyce Oliver Fitzgerald, 86, passed away on November 5, 2019.  

Mrs. Fitzgerald was a member of Providence Baptist Church in Ooltewah, Tn. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and is already dearly missed by family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Fitzgerald; parents, Doc and Mamie Oliver; brother, LD Oliver, and sister, Virginia Wooten.

Mrs. Fitzgerald is survived by her sons, Bill Fitzgerald and Dale Fitzgerald; brother, Herbert Oliver; granddaughter, Melanie Kay Fitzgerald; great-grandchildren, Porter, Macey and Emmy Kuebler, as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, Nov. 7, from 5–8 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home, Highway 58.  

The funeral service will be held on Friday, Nov. 8, at 1 p.m. in the Turner Funeral Home chapel.  There will be no visitation prior to the service at 1 p.m. on Friday.

Mrs. Fitzgerald will be laid to rest in Sylar Cemetery in Ooltewah, next to her husband, William.
