Letitia Diane Gearhart, 68, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2019.

Letitia was born on March 10, 1951, to the late C.J. and Bernice Gearhart. She graduated from Little Creek Academy, Southern Missionary College, and the University of Western Georgia with a Masters in Education. She taught at Tiger Creek Elementary for many years. She enjoyed reading, and putting together child development aids. She was a member of the Collegedale Seventh-day Adventist Church. 

She is survived by her loving brothers, Joel W. Gearhart, Jon M. Gearhart; five nephews; one niece;   three grand-nephews; and one grand-niece.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 12, in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Dwight Herod officiating. Burial will follow at Collegedale Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Standifer Gap SDA School Worthy Student Fund at 8255 Standifer Gap Rd. Chattanooga, Tn. 37421.
