Faye Nelson
Faye Nelson, age 83, of Dalton, passed away Monday, August 12, 2019 at Tranquility of Dalton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hershel Nelson.
Mrs. Nelson worked as a bookkeeper at Dalton Supply for over 50 years. She was a member of Grove Level Baptist Church; and loved and enjoyed her many friends and neighbors.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Nancy Nelson of Varnell; grandson, Wright Nelson; beloved nieces and nephews also survive.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, August 16, 2019 at 1 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Dr. Charlie Bridges and Rev. Dan Rice officiating. Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday , August 16, 2019 from 11 a.m. until the service time at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grove Level Baptist Church.
