Chattanooga Avenue Repair Project To Begin In Dalton On Monday

  • Wednesday, August 21, 2019

The City of Dalton Public Works Department advises that beginning this Monday, the city’s contractor, Massana Construction, will be performing bridge repair work on the Chattanooga Avenue Bridge.

Single lane closures with mobile traffic control signals will be in effect while the repair work is commencing.

A portion of Chenille Drive will be closed for the duration of the project.

Motorists should consider alternate routes and use caution when traveling through the work zone while lane closures are in place.

Motorists should treat the mobile traffic control signals like a normal traffic signal.
