Sandra Hines
Sandra J. Hines, 70, died on October 11, 2020, at Memorial Hospital.
She was born on January 24, 1950, to Milton and Roberta Johnson. She was a graduate of Riverside High School. She received her LPN from Chattanooga State and went on to work for Erlanger Hospital for many years. She retired from Olan Mills. She was co-owner of Hines Shines and More where she served the Highland Park Community for 30 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton and Roberta Johnson; great granddaughter, Chardae Walker.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband of 50 years, Earl Hines; four daughters, Tanza Walker, Leslie Johnson, LaTonia Hines and Monique Hines; one son, Earl Hines, II.; sister, Jacqueline Carr; nine grandchildren, Cassandra Walker, David Walker, Robert Walker, DeVante’ Stoudemire, Jamiah Johnson, Trenity Hines, Xavier Hines, Tiarra Hines, and Earl Hines, III; 13 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A public viewing will be held from 2–6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 21, at the funeral home. A private family funeral service will be held on Thursday, Oct. 22. Interment will in Beautiful Greenwood.
