Sandra Miller Caldwell, 68, of Cleveland TN, and later Chattanooga, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 24, 2020.

She was a 1970 graduate of Bradley High School and received her BS in Sociology from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 1975.  As a child, she was a Queen of Mayfield School.  She retired as the Deputy Director at the Tennessee Board of Probation and Parole where she served with distinction for 30 years.

Sandra enjoyed blues and rock concerts, campfires, and football parties with friends and family.  Her warm personality and smile made lasting friends from the coast of Maine to the city of Montreal.  Trips to national parks with her sister Mildred, brother-in-law Bill, and son Josh, were always an adventure.  Later in life, beach trips with her sister Martha brought much joy each season.  Often whimsical, sometimes mischievous, rarely predictable, Sandra lived her life on her own terms.  She certainly made a lasting legacy of love in all the lives she touched.  She loved many things and people but saved her biggest love for her family.  She was a devoted mother and grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Maggie and Emmett Miller.

She is survived by her son, Josh, his wife Kat, and her grandson, Joe. She is also survived by her sisters, Mildred Miller McGuire and Martha Miller Henemier, and the extended families of her nephews, Steve and Greg McGuire.

While we would love to celebrate and share the life of Sandra with all of her friends and loved ones, for the safety of all, we will be having a private family remembrance.

Simply taking a moment to smile, laugh, and enjoy memories of Sandra will be the perfect tribute to a life well lived.
