The Chattanooga International Human Rights Day celebration will be held virtually on Thursday, Dec. 10 from 11 a.m.-noon. This year’s theme is Promoting Civility in Uncertain Times. The event commemorates the ratification of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the United Nations on Dec. 10, 1948.

He has served in various management roles at BCBST for 30 years and is also a co-founder of the BlueCross BlueShield Association Diversity Alliance.
THRC Board Chair Robin Derryberry said, “Civility has never been more important than it is at this time in our nation’s history.
